 Amanda and I both hold a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration Marketing from West Virginia State University. I also hold an Associate of Science in Finance from West Virginia State University. We are currently licensed real estate brokers in the State of Florida and are members of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors as well as the Englewood Board of Realtors.
Even though we are full time Realtors, we differ from most other agents in the fact that we are also avid real estate investors. We have been in the real estate business in one form or another for over 10 years.
We currently hold multiple properties in West Virginia, South Carolina and Florida. We have bought and sold homes, condos, townhouses, apartment buildings, vacant lots and commercial land. We have had our hands in nearly every aspect of the real estate industry including long term investments, flipping, renovating, property management, commercial leasing, 1031 exchanging, mortgaging, credit management, the list goes on.
